What I Do

Websites

I created my first website at 17 years old. I was an A/V club geek, and wanted to make a website for our club. This was my first foray into computer technology.

Hardware/Software

My next turn in technology came in retail where I learned how to troubleshoot computers. This included hardware issue diagnosis and replacement/repair, software troubleshooting, and virus removal.

Operations/Help Desk/Backup & Recovery

My first "Professional IT" gig taught me Computer Operations skills - including server, Mainframe, and VMware support. I also spent some time in Help Desk support before joining a server support staff as a Backup & Recovery administrator.

Architecture/Audit/Architecture again

After some time in the Backup & Recovery space, I spent some time in Enterprise Architecture (Hardware and Storage) and Internal Audit. I'm currently learning about Software Architecture, which has been an adventure!
